About you
  • • Degree holder or equivalent.
  • • 3+ years of solid experience in shopping centre customer service management position.
  • • Strong leadership and people management skills and familiar with tenants’ operational process.
  • • Experience in handling complaints and the various related government regulation regarding customer right.

  • • Overall Mission: Must To coordinate and manage resources to provide good shopping environment, deliver good customer service to shopper in LIVAT Shopping Centre.
About the assignment
  • • Provide public announcement service.
  • • Handle lost and found items.
  • • Handle customer complaint and tenant work request.
  • • Keep proper documentation of all correspondence on customer complaints and tenants’ work request.
  • • Assist to identify ways to improve and maintain good Customer Service Index.
  • • Conduct survey on customer service satisfaction.
