About you
• 5+ years working experience in analysis function in MNCs, with Big 4 experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge in financial reporting and analysis.
• Property Management industry experience is a plus.
• Good and clear communication skill in English and Chinese, both oral and written.

• Direct Report to: Finance Manager, IKEA Centres China
• Location: Shanghai, China
• Overall Mission: Overall responsible for lease income review by providing in-depth analysis to evaluate and track leasing income performance.

About the assignment
• Take the leading position in leasing income 5YP / budgeting (yearly) / forecasting (tertial) process. Organize and coordinate review meetings with key functions and Management Group.
• Supervise and secure the quality, efficiency and accuracy of tracking reports. Identify opportunities and risks by keep tracking on leasing status against leasing strategy and income budget; help stakeholders to come out action plans.
• Secure a robust leasing offer framework. Review and comment to ensure offers are in line with leasing strategy.
