Mar Shopping hosts Anne Frank's Biographic Exhibition

Inter IKEA Centre Group’s Portuguese shopping centre, Mar Shopping hosts, from  27th August until  5th September, the Exhibition "Anne Frank: a history for today", a project which main goals are to tell the young teenager's personal drama during World War II.

 

This exhibition is coordinated by Anne Frank's House in Amsterdam and has been travelling throughout more than 150 cities.  More than 200 photos from the Frank's family personal archive and Anne Frank's writings are just some of the pieces MAR Shopping visitors will have the opportunity to see.

 

Anne Frank's life and the horrors of Holocaust are shown in the exhibition's 34 educative panels. Visitors will also be able to leave a special message showing their relation with Anne Frank which will later be used for a colourful interactive chain.

 

By hosting this exhibition MAR Shopping reinforces its commitment with raising awareness for social and humanitarian causes like Human Rights, by supporting and communicating the most innovative Projects in this  area.

 

The exhibition can be visited from 27th August until 5th September at MAR Shopping Atrium.
