New anchor store for development in Avion Ostrava

We are pleased to announce that another anchor store has signed up for our retail park development in Avion Shopping Park Ostrava, Czech Republic. 

 

Decathlon, the French sports goods and equipment retailer, will occupy a 5,500 m² unit within the retail park, joining Kika, the Austrian furniture retailer who has agreed to take 13,700 m². The total development will be approx. 23,000 m², comprising Kika, Decathlon and four smaller units, and is scheduled to open in Spring 2011
